DOMINANT
hairlessness

Peruvian Hairless Dog, Mexican Hairless Dog and Chinese Crested Dog have dominant hairlessness, meaning all these breeds have hairless and coated individuals. Even litters of hairless parents usually contain both hairless and coated pups. These dominant type hairless dogs have various amounts of hair on their heads, feet and tail and most of them have incomplete dentition with missing teeth.
